At giBOX, we are market leaders in specialty products such as kitchenware, cutlery, and bar accessories & tools. Our signature collections feature over 2000 products for all key celebrations in India, including both domestic (Rakhi, Diwali, Bhaidooj, etc.) and international (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc) festivals. We take pride in offering unique and high-quality products that are sure to make your celebrations extra special.
At giBOX, we design our own products inhouse and produce them inhouse at our own manufacturing units. We have dedicated manufacturing units for Wood, Metal, Leather & Paper and all our products are made inhouse and 100% made in India products. However few products such as electronic products, crystal products, bone China Ceramics etc. are imported directly by us from overseas suppliers and that consists of not more than 5% of the entire product range.
giBOX is committed to providing its products throughout India and abroad with ease. Our pan India serviceability means that we can reach almost every corner of the country. We have collaborated with renowned courier service providers, including DHL, Blue Dart, FedEx, and others, to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Our goal is to deliver orders within 3-5 business days, while it may take 10-12 business days for remote locations. Nonetheless, we take pride in our ability to bring happiness to customers across the country, and there are very few places in India where we cannot deliver our products.
For handcrafted artefacts, the pictures displayed on the website depict the product's composition. However, the finish of the actual product may vary in certain cases. Be assured that all other products are delivered as shown on the website. Since much of our catalogue comprises unique, handcrafted designer products, quantities are always limited. If in case, we run out of the product you ordered, we will contact you to assist with a suitable alternative. Please note that the images of our products on the website may differ slightly from the actual product due to the presence of a human touch in photography and lighting.
For products that have been “couriered”, you can notify us (preferably with reasons why you were unsatisfied with our product) within a stipulated timeframe of 7 days from the date the order has been received.

For product that have been damaged/broken/misplaced, we request you to kindly ask for a replacement of the order. The product would typically reach your address within the standard delivery timeline.
  • You can notify us (preferably by specifying why you want the order to be returned) within 7 days stipulated timeframe from the date of receiving the order. A replacement for the same will be initiated, if the product is found to be broken, damaged or misplaced wrongly.
  • A refund for the order will be generated via the original payment method i.e., through which you have made the transaction for the purchase of the product. Or else, you can get a gift voucher from us which can be used on our website for a period of up to 12 months. In both the cases, the refund will be issued within 24 hours.
  • However, you need to register a complaint with our customer support team with supporting pictures of the defective product.
  • Kindly note that bulk orders are non-returnable.
  • For products that have been “couriered”, you can notify us (preferably with reasons why you were unsatisfied with our product) within a stipulated timeframe of 7 from the date the order has been received.
  • For product that have been damaged/broken/misplaced, we request you to kindly ask for a replacement of the order. The product would typically reach your address within the standard delivery timeline.
  • By chance if you are not available at the address you have mentioned to us at the time of placing the order. Our delivery partners will re-attempt to complete the “courier” a second time after contacting you for a suitable time of visit. After the second attempt if you are still not available at your delivery location, the product will return to us with the delivery status ‘FAILED.’
  • However, giBOX will not be held liable to compensate in any form for any "Couriered" order in the following cases:
1. If the complaint is made after 10 days of the delivery date.
2. If the products are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
3. Unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient not being available at the address provided by the sender at the time of delivery.
4.If the recipient refuses to accept the product.
Yes, we do provide Cash-On-Delivery option for all products but with a condition that all COD order are approved with prior confirmation from our customer service executives. However, when you place an order through cash on delivery you would also have to pay for the shipping cost as well.
  • giBOX provides a wide variety of payment options ranging from cards to wallets. Below is a complete list of payment options that we provide at giBOX:
  • 1.Credit cards: All credit cards (domestic & international) including Visa, Master, Maestro & American Express are accepted.
    2.Debit cards: Any debit cards (domestic & international) including Visa, Master & Maestro are accepted and can be used.
    3.Internet Banking: Accredited domestic banks are accepted for net banking payments. We do not have any net banking facility for international accounts or NRI accounts.
    4.Wallets: Payments done through all major wallets including PayTM, SBI Buddy, Mobikwik, and GPay are accepted.
    5.PayPal: We also accept payment through PayPal.

Bulk & Customized

 The corporate gifting section on our website that caters to bulk orders with specialized teams providing custom and large-scale gifting requirements. We can assist you with bulk orders ranging from as small as 50 pieces to as large as 10,000 pieces. If you require such services, please contact us at care@giboxonline.com, and a member of our sales team will respond promptly. However, we regret to inform you that you cannot place a bulk order directly through the product page on our website.
Yes, off course you can customize products as per your need. We have dedicated team looking after niche customer segment who wants exclusive products to decorate their home or for special occasions. However, there is minimum order quantity and minimum value proposition for accepting each of the customized product demand. You can write to us any of your requirement at care@giboxonline.com
